FRANCE ANNOUNCE ISDE SQUAD
Defending champions France have announced their line up for this year’s ISDE in Argentina next November.
With injuries from Antoine Meo and Mathias Bellino, France have seen a shake up on the entry list that differs from recent years.
But by retaining Christophe Nambotin and Pela Renet they still have two of the strongest riders in the paddock under their awning.
The Sherco duo of Anthony Boissiere and Jeremy Tarroux have been impressive this year in the EWC and make the cut while Jeremy Joly – already a podium finisher in the EWC this year represents in E3.
Although not contesting the world series in 2014, Marc Bourgeois has been on top form in the French Enduro Championship and will race in Argentina for France.
Interestingly Johnny Aubert is not on the list. Former outright winner of the race in Mexico and a regular on the E2 podium this year with Beta, there’s no doubt Aubert would have been strong in Argentina.
Loic Larrieu heads the Junior squad and must be favourite to lead France to another win but top the Junior class outright in 2014. He’s joined by Mika Barnes, Jeremy Miroir and Jeremy Carpenter.
France are not fielding a Women’s team.
